Customer Rewards Program

SPI Customer Rewards is our way of saying thank you to the customers who continue to grow with us. Earn points on every full-case order and redeem them for account credits.

Earn Points

  • 30 points when you enroll in SPI Customer Rewards
  • 10 points for each full case purchased
  • Points are added automatically after an order is invoice

Enroll

  • To enroll in the SPI Customer Rewards Program, email us at sales@s-packaging.com and request enrollment
  • Once confirmed, you will receive a Program # and an Account Statement
  • Points will begin accruing on qualifying orders

How to Redeem

  • 100 points may be redeemed for a $100 account credit, applied to a future SPI invoice
  • Rewards are issued as account credits, not cash
  • Credits must be used on a future SPI purchase
  • Only one reward may be redeemed per invoice unless otherwise approved

Account Activity

  • To keep your rewards account active, simply place at least one full-case order each year. Accounts with no activity for 12 months will be marked inactive, and any unused points will be forfeited

Expiration & Changes

  • Points do not expire while the account remains active
  • SPI reserves the right to modify or discontinue the program with notice

Terms & Conditions

  • The SPI Customer Rewards Program (“Program”) is available to approved SPI customers with an active Rewards Program Account.
  • Participants receive 30 welcome points upon enrollment in the Program.
  • Customers earn 10 points for each full case purchased at SPI standard pricing.
  • Custom negotiated pricing, tooling, and special pricing agreements are excluded from earning points.
  • Retail sets, partial cases, samples, freight, taxes, and fees do not qualify for earning points.
  • Points are awarded after an order is invoiced and paid in full.
  • 100 points may be redeemed for a $100 account credit, applied to a future SPI invoice. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.
  • Customers may choose to redeem points once the minimum threshold is reached or continue accumulating points.
  • Reward credits may not be combined with other discounts or promotions unless expressly approved by SPI.
  • Points and credits may not be applied retroactively to past invoices.
  • Points do not expire while the customer account remains active and in good standing.
