We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. We do not keep a copy of your credit card number. All credit card payments are processed through our secure website or online invoice processing system.

Sales tax will be added to shipment in California and Illinois unless a customer is either a Reseller or Tax Exempt. Please provide a copy of your Resale Certificate or Tax Exempt Documentation to quality for exempt status.
Refunds & Returns
We gladly accept returns of unused stock merchandise within 30 days from date shipped. To initiate a return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we may issue you a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number and ensure a prompt refund for the item you are sending back.
We recommend that you opt for a return shipping service, whether it’s the U.S. Post Office or otherwise, that includes delivery confirmation so you can be sure your package is returned to us as scheduled. Please enclose a duplicate copy of your packing slip along with your merchandise so we can reference your original order number.
We reserve the right to charge a 10% re-stocking fee.
All items must be returned unused and in the original packaging for a refund.
Shipping and handling will not be refunded.
Only stock products (not custom) may be returned for a refund.
Your account will be credited after we receive your returned merchandise.
